Kenneth Brian Associates are partnering with a rapidly growing multi-site organisation within the Healthcare sector. Following significant expansion over the past 24 months, our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Cash Allocations Bank Reconciliations Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative finance team in Reading. This role will support the Credit Control function, ensuring the accurate and timely allocation of incoming payments and maintaining strong financial controls across the business. Our client is also open to considering ambitious and motivated candidates with at least 12 months’ experience within a finance environment who are looking to develop their skills and progress their career.

The Role

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts through daily cash allocations and bank reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced finance environment and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily allocation of incoming payments across multiple bank accounts
