Contract Administrator - Tolworth 3 days per week / 24 hours

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a well-organised and experienced Construction Administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the construction industry, with good attention to detail and strong document management skills.

Key duties:

  • Preparing, maintaining and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and other project documentation.
  • Preparing and maintaining O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals and handover documents.
  • Setting up new projects, organising files and ensuring all project documentation is kept up to date.
  • Managing Health & Safety documentation, including records, certificates and compliance paperwork.
  • Providing general administrative support to the construction team and ensuring projects are well organised and properly documented.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing construction documentation
  • Lives locally to Surbiton and able to work from the office
  • Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
