Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an established business within the construction industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong trade background to manage multiple projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings.
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and project schedules.
- Monitoring project budgets, costs and variations.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Maintaining health & safety compliance and resolving site issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Strong trade background essential, ideally carpentry or joinery.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- SMSTS qualification essential.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Experience managing refurbishment projects within commercial environments would be advantageous.
