Bid Designer in Croydon

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a construction background and experience producing high-quality bids and tender submissions? This is an exciting opportunity to combine your design expertise with the development of compelling, professional proposals that help win new business.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent visual communication skills and experience bringing bid documents to life through engaging layouts, graphics and presentation materials. Experience within the construction industry and working on bids and tenders would be highly desirable.

Key Duties

• Design and produce visually engaging bid and tender documents, ensuring all submissions are professional, consistent and tailored to the brief.
• Create graphics, visualisations, diagrams and presentation materials that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Manage the design process throughout the bid lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external creative support to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
• Review and refine final bid documents, ensuring layouts, graphics and overall presentation are accurate, polished and aligned with the requirements.

Experience Required

• Proven graphic design experience, ideally within the construction industry or a related technical environment.
• Experience designing bid submissions, tender documents and supporting presentation materials would be highly desirable.
• Excellent skills in document layout, typography, branding and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling content.
