This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong trade background to manage multiple projects from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and project schedules.
• Monitoring project budgets, costs and variations.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Maintaining health & safety compliance and resolving site issues.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Strong trade background essential, ideally carpentry or joinery.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• SMSTS qualification essential.
• Full UK driving licence essential. xgikmsk
• Experience managing refurbishment projects within commercial environments would be advantageous.
