Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business. We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on individual who can manage multiple construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects from initial quotation through to completion
- Preparing quotations using Schedules of Rates (SOR)
- Managing budgets, costs and project timelines
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Managing variations and additional works
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in Construction or Contracts Management
- Excellent working knowledge of Schedules of Rates (SOR) – essential
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Proactive, hardworking and able to take ownership of projects
- Full UK driving licence essential
- SMSTS or CSCS desirable
