Responsibilities
- The Inclusion Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Working under the direction of teaching staff and the SEND team, the post holder will support pupils to access learning, develop independence, and engage positively with school life.
- The role involves working with individual pupils and small groups, adapting resources and approaches to meet a range of learning needs, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- The Inclusion Teaching Assistant will build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, promote positive behaviour, and support their welfare, learning, and personal development.
