Site Manager - High End Residential

Are you an outstanding Site Manager? Have you worked on high end residential refurbishment projects? Company * London based Main Contractor * The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months. * They work on high end residential and heritage refurbishment projects * Role * Your first project will be a new long term project in London * £10m high end residential refurbishment * High Quality interior fit out * Provide Site Management and leadrership at all times * Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times. * Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment. * Report to a Project Manager Person specification * You must have successfully delivered high end residential refurbishment projects. * Solid Health and Safety knowledge * Ceritficates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid * Keen eye for detail and quality * Excellent communication skills * Be very organised and record information accurately * Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently
