Kennet Solutions is working with an established contractor looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London.
Company information: The company is well established, with a £130m+ turnover and strong pipeline of works. Major key player within the UK infrastructure & civil-engineering sector.
Role Information: The role specifically focuses on a mix of Civils & Utilities works, with the overall project valued at £40m. You will be responsible for managing change and application for payment. You will report directly to the Managing QS.
What the Client Requires:
- To be easily able to commute to Central London
- NEC contract knowledge (ideally option C Target Cost)
- Civil-Engineering and/or Utilities projects experience
- Right to Work in the UK
