Company * Regional contractor who are very busy with new and existing projects. * Stable through the last 12 months but now have a number new projects due to start in the next few months. * High quality Technical Commercial fit out projects * Central London * They have the benefit of working with long term clients due to the quality of work and professionalism of the company. * This role is a key addition for the business and you will be an integral part of their future success. * Project values range from £1m – £10m. * Professional and successful team where everyone works closely to support each other to complete their projects successfully. Role * Reporting to a Commercial Manager * Responsible for the commercial aspect of multiple projects. * The role office based with visits to site. * Work closely with the Operational team. * Work with sub contractors Person specification * You must have experience managing all commercial aspects of a project. * Commercial fit out experience * JCT Contract knowledge. * Have run projects from start to finish and involved in all aspects of the build. * Worked for a reputable regional contractor….
