Swimming Pool Engineer – Base salary + fantastic commission scheme! Kennet are recruiting for a Swimming Pool / M&E Engineer to work for a growing contractor, specialising in the Pool industry The business has been increasingly busy this year, delivering projects across the UK and are now seeking to bring on board a permanent member of staff to support with these efforts Responsibilities will involve: M&E plant room fit out and management Coordinating with their Design team including Jack (who we have just placed) on material ordering Ensuring necessary materials are on-site Managing a subcontractor team member Servicing and maintenance across UK sites Locations of projects will be all across the UK, so this person will need to stay away up to a few nights a week – they have a live project in Hull, with the next one based in Norwich. They’ve previously delivered works from Blackpool to Cornwall On top of a base salary of £40-45k + van, candidates would be eligible for the company\’s fantastic commission scheme This can allow people not just to increase their take home, but also their holiday allowance for no cost
