We’re seeking a commercially strong PM to manage and deliver multiple (2-4) high-end residential refurbishment projects from tender to completion. Varied role covering procurement, JCT contracts, programme, delivery cost control, and client management across prime & super-prime London schemes. Deliver high-end residential refurbishment projects (£50k–£5m).

Requirements:

  • High-end residential experience (up to £5m).
  • Proven client facing experience.
  • Able to manage multiple site teams.
  • Strong operational and commercial skillset.
  • UK Building Regs, BSR & CDM knowledge.
  • SMSTS/CSCS.
