• Projects are long-term Social Housing framework schemes, including decorating and refurbishment work.
• The company has been awarded new projects from a key client and requires an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the site delivery teams.

Role

• Managing multiple projects and site teams.
• Internal maintenance and decorations, housing and commercial refurbishment schemes.
• You will have full responsibility for all projects within the region.
• Directing multiple site teams across 3-4 projects.
• Working closely with the commercial team.
• Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.
• Programming works.
• Ensuring health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy.

Person Specification

• You must have successfully delivered multiple projects.
• Have excellent communication skills and a proven history of developing long-term client relations.
• Experience with a reputable contractor.
• Flexible travel – role involves managing multiple sites in the region.
• Organised with relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
