Civil Design Engineer
My client is a rapidly growing consultancy firm providing cutting-edge solutions to complex water-related challenges. They are looking for a talented Civil Design Engineer who is proficient in using CAD and other design tools to deliver exceptional results for their clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the design of water sector projects, including water treatment plants, drainage systems, and CSO schemes.
- Develop detailed designs and solutions for both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients and other project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilise advanced CAD software and design tools to produce high-quality engineering designs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years experience.
- Proven experience in water sector design (e.g., water treatment, drainage, mainlines, CSO projects).
- Proficiency in CAD and other design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
