Civil Design Engineer

My client is a rapidly growing consultancy firm providing cutting-edge solutions to complex water-related challenges. They are looking for a talented Civil Design Engineer who is proficient in using CAD and other design tools to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead and support the design of water sector projects, including water treatment plants, drainage systems, and CSO schemes.
  2. Develop detailed designs and solutions for both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
  3. Collaborate with clients and other project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Utilise advanced CAD software and design tools to produce high-quality engineering designs.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. 3+ years experience.
  3. Proven experience in water sector design (e.g., water treatment, drainage, mainlines, CSO projects).
  4. Proficiency in CAD and other design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
  5. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
