We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Estimator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the landscaping and construction industry while gaining experience in estimating, customer coordination and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the estimating team in preparing and submitting tenders for landscaping projects.
- Work closely with the customer care team to manage customer appointment bookings.
- Produce quotations and liaise with developers’ customer care teams regarding landscaping works.
- Carry out general administrative duties including creating site files and preparing job sheets for site teams.
- Support procurement activities by sourcing competitive prices and identifying new suppliers.
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with customers and developers.
- Proficient in general office administration and IT systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, estimating, or administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
