As Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner to your clients ensuring campaigns run smoothly, performance stays on track, and relationships thrive. You will work closely with strategy, content, and digital specialists to deliver exceptional work that drives real commercial outcomes. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a blend of project ownership, client communication, and strategic contribution and thrives in a fast-moving, modern B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as day-to-day contact for key B2B client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationships.
- Manage delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand-generation channels.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to brief.
- Support on campaign strategy, bringing insight and fresh thinking to client activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, helping clients understand progress and opportunities.
- Attend client calls, presentations, and briefings, contributing ideas and insights.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and priorities to ensure smooth execution.
- 4+ years experience within a marketing agency or B2B marketing environment ideally tech focused.
- Strong understanding of digital and/or demand-generation activity.
- Confident managing day-to-day client communication and building long-term relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple projects.
- Comfortable analysing performance data and supporting reporting.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
