Kennedys is looking for an experienced Litigation Executive and Associate to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers' and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problemâsolving skills. Ideally, a working knowledge of coverage is required.

Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. The Birmingham team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and highâprofile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring crossâborder quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our inâhouse R&D capability and awardâwinning product suite of technological and process innovations.
