Kennedys is looking for an experienced Claims Handler with a strong background in Professional Indemnity to join our growing claims team. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a leading global law firm, supporting high-quality claims handling services for insurer and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle Professional Indemnity claims from first notification through to settlement
- Assess coverage, liability, and quantum issues
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, solicitors, and insured parties
- Provide clear reporting, recommendations, and reserve updates
- Ensure claims are managed in line with regulatory requirements and service standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and file management on claims systems
- Support negotiations and dispute resolution where required
About You
- Proven experience in Professional Indemnity claims handling
- Strong knowledge of UK insurance claims processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
