Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join our Newcastle office, working on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests. The Healthcare division at Kennedys offers comprehensive legal services to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics and practitioners. The team provides detailed advice on medical insurance coverage, health law and regulatory matters, ensuring clients receive thorough and informed guidance. In addition to our advisory role, the team represents clients at inquests and judicial reviews, demonstrating our commitment to supporting clients through complex legal processes.
Required Experience:
- 4 years'+ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
- Medical malpractice claims
- Client contact and attendance at business development events
- Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
