We are recruiting a Litigation Executive to manage complex intermediate/ Multi-track cases. You'll handle your own caseload while also having the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contributing to the team's growth and success.
Working within our Motor team, you will progress claims across multiple litigation stages on behalf of top-tier motor insurance clients. You will utilise our hybrid working model from one of our offices in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol or Sheffield.
Client Base:
- Insurers
- Claims handlers
- Self-insured organisations
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of Intermediate/ Multi track, complex, Credit Hire matters
- Draft and file court documents
- Lead negotiations to case progression
- Provide training, guidance and support to less experienced colleagues
- Ensure high-quality client service and compliance with internal and procedural standards
Required experience:
- Around 4+ years' experience handling High value litigated Credit Hire claims
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
- Formal legal qualifications are advantageous, but demonstrable practical experience is crucial
