Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Birmingham or Manchester office, supporting our work on defendant specialist liability claims. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a team handling a mixed and interesting caseload of complex stress/bullying/harassment/abuse claims on behalf of public sector clients with a particular focus on blue light/emergency services.
Our national specialty team operates from seven offices across the UK, handling complex, high-profile cases led by Partners who are recognised as market leaders in the field. The team located in Birmingham office is a rapidly growing team and is looking for a candidate who has experience in handling complex claims, predominantly working in the public sector but with some knowledge of working with SMEs. We adopt a team approach on the cases we handle for insurers, TPAs and blue light clients, so working collaboratively with team members and clients is a must. Experience in blue light services is desirable and a high level of technical skill and attention to detail is essential. This would be an ideal role for a candidate who is looking for career progression.

- Proven track record with regard to hours and billing targets
