TeamKennedys' Change Team is responsible for the delivery of change across the global firm, working collaboratively with Legal and Business Services Teams in all offices. The team supports the end-to-end delivery of change, from discovery through to benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the Firm's strategic objectives. The Change Team is based in London.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Head of Change and senior stakeholders to develop, and embed a robust PMO capability aligned to the Firm's strategic priorities.
  • Help track financials across the Portfolio.
  • Define, implement, and maintain consistent PMO standards, frameworks, and delivery approaches to manage dependencies, impacts, and delivery risks across initiatives.
  • Maintain effective portfolio governance, including the preparation and management of supporting documentation for meetings such as Steering Committees.
  • Support project leads in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation across the portfolio.

Required experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a PMO role within a complex, global corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Tracked financials across a Portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, ability to work as part of a delivery-focused and proactive team.
