Kennedys is expanding its Motor Injury team and is looking for motivated fee earners to join us in handling a broad range of motor injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to build your litigation experience within a fast‑paced, supportive environment while working with some of the UK's leading motor insurers.
About the Team
Kennedys' Motor team manages both pre‑ and post‑litigation work, progressing cases from small claims through to complex multi‑track disputes. You'll gain hands‑on experience across litigation strategy, negotiation, and case management, working closely with high‑profile motor insurers and industry clients. With a national presence across our UK offices, the team has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes. Recently, Kennedys secured a landmark result in a multi‑claimant motor injury case, further strengthening our reputation for innovative and effective legal solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years' experience in a relevant legal role (applications from all levels welcome)
- Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor or motor recovery work
- Experience handling MOJ, OIC or SCT motor damage claims
- Strong client‑facing, negotiation, and case management skills
- Excellent organisation
