Kennedys is seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our respected Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and Taunton offices. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with a variety of complex motor claims including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.

Kennedys\β Serious and Catastrophic Injury team, ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, specialises in handling large loss and catastrophic injury claims arising from motor, employer liability (EL), and public liability (PL) accidents. Our team manages cases of the utmost severity, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injuries, severe psychiatric injuries, chronic pain, and loss of senses, serving insurers, self-insured organizations, and third-party administrators.
We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.
