Kennedys is growing, and we are looking for a Claims Administrator to join our expanding Casualty Corporate team in Leeds. With significant growth in client demand and an exciting pipeline of work, this is a fantastic time to become part of a leading global law firm.
The Role
As a Claims Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our casualty litigation team, helping to ensure claims are managed efficiently and clients receive an excellent service. You will be working closely with fee earners and support colleagues, assisting with a wide range of tasks across high-quality casualty matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with day-to-day claims administration
- Opening and closing files in line with firm procedures
- Managing and updating case management systems
- Assisting with document preparation, filing and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, insurers and third parties as required
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring key tasks are completed on time
- Supporting billing and general team administration
- Liaising with clients over loss fund accounts
- Working on reconciliations
- Handling team debts
About You
