Kennedys is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our IT team in a hybrid role.
You will support bespoke applications, analyse system issues and contribute to ongoing improvements alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts and other IT teams.
You will document problems, participate in Sprint activities, test fixes, and liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting continuous delivery for clients and staff.
