Job Description:
Kennedys is looking for a HR Systems Administrator to join our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the effective management, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the firm\’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures the HRIS supports HR operations, data integrity, reporting, and compliance, working closely with HR and IT teams. The HR Systems Administrator ensures seamless system functionality, user support, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
Team
Kennedys HR team supports the firm globally with all people-related matters. The team is based in Chelmsford, London, Manchester, Dublin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Basking Ridge, and Miami, covering various HR functions including Business Partnering, Recruitment, Reward, HR Systems and Analytics, Learning and Development, and Responsible Business.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for the HRIS, providing systems administration support and advice
- Maintain HR systems including data entry, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and maintenance
- Support HR projects involving automation, system enhancements, or new implementations
- Maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
