The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The role is responsible for leading on the global client account management for key brokers and clients in the global client programme. Responsibilities will include supporting the Client Relationship Partner (CRP) across the new broker programme, managing key client accounts and collaborating with the global BD team who have Client Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.
With the recent launch of the refreshed client programme, this role will be pivotal to ensuring the success of a high profile initiative within Kennedys.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake the global CAM role on the new broker programme, working with the Broker CRP and wider broker team to embed this programme across the firm and providing CAM support on the key broker accounts.
- Be the global CAM for key clients within the wider client programme, developing account plans, relationship maps and GAP analysis to help spot and identify opportunities.
- With the global CAM team deliver global best practice CAM to the CRPs around the world, delivering best in class relationship management.
- Collaborate with the global BD and marketing teams, Heads of the Regions and any dedicated CAM resource around the world to build our client and broker relationships.
Required experience
- Insurance market knowledge essential, ideally with some experience of managing broker relationships.
- Strong experience of working in a global client account management team within a professional services environment.
- Exceptional relationship building skills internally and with clients.
- Excellent organisation skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completion of work or projects.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and negotiate deadlines.
