Kennedys is hiring two on-site Legal Administrators to support our Liability team in Scotland.
One role is based in Glasgow and the other in Edinburgh, offering steady administration across pre and post litigation tasks.
You will manage filing, ensure secure handling of documents, support quality procedures, and assist with archiving and copying tasks.
The ideal candidate has prior admin experience, good literacy and numeracy, proficiency with MS Office, and fast, accurate typing.
