Kennedys is hiring two on-site Legal Administrators. These roles are offered in two locations: one in our Glasgow office and one in our Edinburgh office. Team Kennedys' Liability team handles pre and post litigation work including small, large loss, fast and multi-track claims. The wider team advises on motor liability, employers liability and public liability matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal accurately with filing – storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files
- Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information
- Undertake file closure and archiving when required
- Use the photocopying equipment to achieve copies of the correct standard in line with the Firm's and department's requirements
Required Experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Good typing skills
