Kennedys is seeking a PMO Manager to join its Change Team based in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and governing a portfolio of change projects across the Firm, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with strategic objectives. The Change Team is responsible for the delivery of change across the global firm, working collaboratively with Legal and Business Services Teams in all offices. The team supports the end-to-end delivery of change, from discovery through to benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the Firm's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Head of Change and senior stakeholders to develop, and embed a robust PMO capability aligned to the Firm's strategic priorities.
- Help track financials across the Portfolio.
- Define, implement, and maintain consistent PMO standards, frameworks, and delivery approaches to manage dependencies, impacts, and delivery risks across initiatives.
- Maintain effective portfolio governance, including the preparation and management of supporting documentation for meetings such as Steering Committees.
- Support project leads in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation across the portfolio.
Required experience
- 7+ years of experience in a PMO role within a complex, global corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Tracked financials across a Portfolio.
- Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, ability to work as part of a delivery-focused and proactive team.
