Overview
Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Professional Liability team based in Bristol. The role will include collating information and updating multiple spreadsheets specific to collateral warranties, dealing with post, uploading and downloading documents from clients, renaming documents and saving to case management system(s), creating court bundles, identifying key dates/deadlines, liaising with the team to complete client deadlines and general office admin duties, in a paperless environment.

Kennedys' highly ranked team of dedicated Professional Indemnity specialists manage a vast range of disputes and provide complex coverage and strategic advice to our insurer clients. Kennedys' professional liability team deal with all areas of professional liability and handle claims of all sizes and complexity, including insurers who underwrite some of the world's largest financial institutions, global law firms, the ‘Big Four' accounting firms, as well as insurers who underwrite regional, local and smaller institutions and firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal accurately with e-filing of documents
- Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information
- Undertake electronic file closure and archiving when required and assist with locating closed files when required.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a professional services or partnership
- Good level of IT literacy
