Kennedys' Motor team manages both pre- and post-litigation work, progressing cases from small claims through to complex multi-track disputes. You'll gain hands‑on experience across litigation strategy, negotiation, and case management, working closely with high‑profile motor insurers and industry clients. With a national presence across our UK offices, the team has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0-2 years' experience in a relevant legal role (applications from all levels welcome)
  • Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor or motor recovery work
  • Experience handling MOJ, OIC or SCT motor damage claims
  • Strong client‑facing, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Excellent organisation
