About the Role
Kennedys' Medical Law team seeks an experienced Associate or Senior Associate based in London, Cambridge or Birmingham. The role involves working on a broad range of Court of Protection matters—including urgent medical treatment decisions—alongside healthcare advisory work, mental health and capacity issues, inquests, and Judicial Reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Court of Protection matters, including urgent healthcare declaration cases.
- Provide mental health and capacity legal advice.
- Coordinate with NHS Trusts on urgent and complex matters.
- Represent clients in inquests and Judicial Review proceedings.
- Support a wide spectrum of EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.
