Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join our Birmingham, Sheffield, Cambridge or Newcastle office, working on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests. The team provides detailed advice on medical insurance coverage, health law and regulatory matters, ensuring clients receive thorough and informed guidance. In addition to our advisory role, the team represents clients at inquests and judicial reviews, demonstrating our commitment to supporting clients through complex legal processes. Our presence across key locations, including London, Cambridge, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, and several global offices, ensures we can offer local and international support.
