Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers\β and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, a working knowledge of coverage is required.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. Team
Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. The Leeds team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.
We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.
