Kennedys is looking for a Pursuits Executive to join our Business Development team. The successful Pursuits Executive will work closely with the Pursuits Managers, Pursuits Advisor and the rest of the team to embed, coordinate and project manage pursuits, proposals, pitches and tenders that maximise the return on Kennedys’ time and cost investments. They will manage and contribute to tenders, develop information resources, identify and embed best practice and support the firm’s objective of maintaining or increasing its overall tender win rate. The Pursuits Executive will handle and contribute to tenders and fee proposals. They will work with partners and their teams, as well as the Clients & Markets and Business Services teams, to develop winning strategies and to produce timely high quality, compelling documents and presentations. Team Kennedys Business Development team promotes Kennedys services and supports the firm’s global growth ambition and our key clients and markets. The UK Business Development team consists of the following sub-teams: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Client Development Systems and Marketing and Communications which encompasses, Digital, Brand, Communications, Content Marketing and Events.
