The Leeds team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high‑profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross‑border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in‑house R&D capability and award‑winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Cases:
- Mixed value, non‑volume, up to high multi‑track
- Motor and EL/PL including catastrophic injury claims

Required experience:
- 3 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
- Litigation experience of assisting up to high multi‑track defence work
- Basic policy coverage
