We are looking for an NQ+ Associate to join our professional indemnity team in Edinburgh, acting for leading insurers and professionals across a wide range of sectors.
The Role
- You will be involved in defending professional negligence claims, including:
- Claims against solicitors, lawyers, surveyors, architects, engineers and construction professionals
- Coverage advice and policy interpretation
- High-value and technically complex litigation
- Drafting pleadings, managing cases, and advising insurer clients
