Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate to join our catastrophic injury defendant personal injury team based in our Bristol office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases, providing expert legal support and representation to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in defendant employers' liability, public liability, and motor claims. The role requires managing a diverse caseload of catastrophic injury cases and ensuring that each case is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required Experience:
- 5 years+ relevant experience in a catastrophic injury role
- Proven experience in defendant claims handling, including any combination of motor, employer liability, and public liability.
- Experience in assisting on large cases within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
