Kennedys is looking for an experienced Claims Handler with a strong background in Professional Indemnity to join our growing claims team. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a leading global law firm, supporting high-quality claims handling services for insurer and corporate clients.

The Role

In this position, you will manage a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, working closely with clients, brokers, and legal teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and commercially focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Professional Indemnity claims from first notification through to settlement
  • Assess coverage, liability, and quantum issues
  • Liaise with insurers, brokers, solicitors, and insured parties
  • Provide clear reporting, recommendations, and reserve updates
  • Ensure claims are managed in line with regulatory requirements and service standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and file management on claims systems
  • Support negotiations and dispute resolution where required
