Kennedys is seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Litigation Assistant to join our highly respected Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a top‑tier practice, supporting the investigation and management of complex, high‑value cases for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with serious motor claims, including sensitive matters that may attract national media attention. Kennedys' Serious & Catastrophic Injury team, ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, specialises in large loss and catastrophic injury claims arising from motor, employers' liability (EL), and public liability (PL) incidents. Our work spans cases of the utmost severity, including:
