Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Volume team based in Birmingham. Team Kennedys' Claims Handling Team acts for more than 50 insurers in relation to professional indemnity claims for surveyors, architects, engineers, accountants, solicitors and other professionals as well as Directors & Officers and Financial Institution Insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all fee-earners in delivering relevant non-billable work and demonstrate quality in a timely way to build strong trust in the Secretarial team.
- Undertake file closure and archiving when required.
- Deal accurately with electronic filing in line with the department's process for maintaining accurate and up to date information on the matter file.
- Deal with administrative requirements for all members of the team.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a professional services or partnership.
- Good level of IT literacy.
