Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on NHS Resolution EL/PL matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Healthcare team which is located in our Birmingham office.
Team
The Healthcare division advises the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advises on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represents clients at inquests and judicial reviews. The team has a presence across our London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Sheffield, Newcastle and some of our global offices.

Required experience
- 1-3 years' qualified with the relevant experience
