Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join the Crime & Regulatory team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is recognized widely as being one of the leading teams in the country. The team specializes in regulatory work, particularly health, safety, and environment (HSE) investigations and prosecutions, together with numerous ancillary inquests and public inquiries for all industries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on high-profile health and safety matters and cover serious public investigations following major incidents. Team Kennedys\’ crime and regulatory team is renowned for its excellence and expertise, earning Tier 1 recognition in both legal directories. With strategic hubs in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Sheffield, they are well-positioned to handle cases across the UK. The team is frequently engaged in dealing with some of the most high-profile and technically challenging cases, showcasing their ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Clients The Regulatory team acts for numerous well-known corporate clients in all industry sectors and also receives instructions to assist policy-holder organizations from insurance companies.
