Kennedys is seeking a motivated Associate to join our Catastrophic Injury team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients. You will be part of a top-ranked team, working directly under a highly regarded Partner and Senior Associate.
Your responsibilities will include handling and assisting with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport related concussion claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.

We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required Experience:
- 2+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
- Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work
- Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
- Experience of negotiation
