Overview Kennedys is recruiting an NQ+ Associate to join our specialist Policy & Coverage team in Edinburgh. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer interested in insurance policy analysis and complex coverage disputes.

The Role Your Work Will Include:

  • Advising insurers on policy coverage and indemnity issues
  • Drafting detailed coverage opinions across multiple lines of business
  • Acting in declaratory proceedings and coverage litigation
