We’re supporting the search for a Product Manager to join a global regulated environment, working across operations, governance and compliance-focused product areas. This role sits within a platform function that supports regulatory, operational and data integrity requirements across multiple jurisdictions, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, process and regulated business needs.

The role involves working across the systems and workflows that underpin operational, governance and compliance processes across the business. Key areas include:

  • Internal operational tooling and workflow systems
  • Data management, integrity and customer record systems
  • Compliance and regulatory process automation
  • Integration between operational systems and wider platform services
  • Reduction of manual processes through structured automation and product design

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across compliance, risk, operations and finance, translating regulatory and operational requirements into clear, structured product delivery. A key part of the role is identifying inefficiencies in existing workflows and delivering improvements that increase accuracy, reduce manual effort and improve overall operational control.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own delivery of features and enhancements within the product vertical
  • Translate regulatory, compliance and operational requirements into clear product specifications
  • Identify and reduce manual, high-cost operational processes through automation
  • Support improvements in data quality and consistency across core systems
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritisation discussions
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, operations and finance stakeholders
  • Define and track meaningful product and operational metrics
  • Grow into broader ownership of the roadmap and product outcomes over time

What we’re looking for:

  • Product management experience within a regulated or complex operational environment
  • Experience working on regulated B2C or B2B products (fintech, payments, banking, crypto, insurance or similar)
  • Strong ability to work with non-product stakeholders and translate complex requirements into delivery-ready specifications
  • Comfortable working with data flows, integrations and system dependencies
  • Strong delivery mindset with experience improving operational processes or workflows
  • Ability to make clear decisions and balance competing priorities in a regulated context
  • Interest in building structure and efficiency in complex, process-heavy environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in financial services or brokerage environments
  • Exposure to KYC, AML, transaction monitoring or regulatory reporting
  • Experience working across multiple regulatory regions
  • Familiarity with back-office systems, CRM platforms or operational tooling
