An established international investment management business is looking to appoint a senior finance professional to lead UK financial reporting, operational finance and regulatory oversight across a complex multi-entity structure.
This is a broad leadership role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, board-level reporting and European group finance activities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Ownership of UK financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP
- Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Oversight of FCA regulatory reporting and statutory compliance
- Leading audits and managing external stakeholders
- Balance sheet governance and intercompany controls
- Oversight of tax, VAT and treasury-related activities
- Supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Responsibility for co-investment and complex accounting areas
- Leadership and development of the UK finance team
- Involvement in European consolidation and group finance projects
The role requires:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge
