As part of continued growth, we’re looking to hire a Group Reporting Manager into a high-profile global finance team.

About the Role

This is not a traditional group finance position- you’ll operate at the intersection of technical accounting, audit, financial controls, and commercial finance, playing a critical role in shaping financial governance and influencing strategic decisions globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, ownership, and rapid progression. The position is based in Central London, operating on a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex technical accounting issues, providing clear guidance to support key commercial decisions
  • Lead the delivery of group financial reporting, including statutory accounts and high-quality technical accounting papers
  • Develop and continuously improve the SOX control framework within a dynamic, multi-entity ERP environment
  • Drive enhancements across the Group’s financial controls, ensuring consistency and robustness across international operations
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, offering insight and challenge to support strategic objectives
  • Oversee the external audit process, managing relationships and ensuring a smooth and efficient year-end cycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Big Four background with exposure to large, complex or listed organisations
  • Minimum 2 years at Audit Manager level (or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Financial reporting standards (IFRS or equivalent)
    • SOX and internal controls frameworks
  • A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
